How to fail ( so we all don't have to)

Beyond the case study gloss: practical takeaways from delivered projects.

The climate crisis isn't waiting and neither can we. Yet across construction, the same problems keep cropping up: miscommunication, missed targets, broken supply chains, unrealistic budgets. All challenges we don't include in our project summaries.

Join us for an evening discussion which opens up an honest, practical conversation around the real barriers to delivering sustainable construction. We’ll bring together people from across the industry to speak candidly about what went wrong, what they wish they’d known, and how we can all do better next time.

Instead of polished case studies, we'll focus on the messy reality of delivering low-carbon, socially sustainable buildings. Through open discussion of failure, near misses, and hard-won lessons, our aim is to create a space where everyone can learn from each other’s experience and avoid making the same mistakes twice.
