As part of York’s Retrofit One Stop Shop, we are offering an in-person training on building physics relating to York archetypes. The course is aimed at Community Champions and Retrofit Professionals to address essential skills for how buildings work.

Through our hands-on training you will:

• Understand the basic physics principles of how heat, moisture, air and sound move through buildings

• Understand the high level concepts around how energy is used in buildings.

• Ability to identify how these principles apply in built environment applications.

We welcome you who want to increase your knowledge of building physics and gain deeper understanding for how these relate to case studies of York.
